DESIGN AND SIMULATION OF ADDITIVE MANUFACTURED STRUCTURES OF
THREE-COMPONENT COMPOSITE MATERIAL

Abstract

Modeling the microstructure of a three-component composite material obtained by layer-by-layer 3D printing is presented. The effect of the microstructure parameters on mechanical characteristics of the composite material created by 3D printing is studied. On the basis of multiscale simulations, an optimal configuration of the plate of composite material is designed and manufactured by 3D printer.
