INTERACTION OF OPTICAL WAVES WITH A SCREENING THIN-FILM
ALUMINUM COATING HAVING NICKEL NANOPARTICLES

Abstract

Simulation of interaction of the optical waves (200...1000 nm) with nanostructure aluminum-nickel thin-film shields in the program CST Studio Suit is presented. Relationships between optical properties, substrate temperature and film composition are found.
