REACTIVITY IN SOLID STATE BETWEEN CdWO4 AND RE2WO6 (RE=Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er AND Lu)

Abstract
The reactivity in the solid-state between CdWO4 and some RE2MoO6
(RE=Y, Nd, Sm, Eu, Gd, Dy, Ho, Er) was investigated by the XRD and DTA-TG methods.
Eight new cadmium and rare-earths tungstates with the formula CdRE2W2O10
were synthesized. The obtained compounds were studied using the DTA-TG, IR, and EPR methods.
