NANOTWINNED COPPER - GRAPHENE COMPOSITE: SYNTHESIS AND MICROSTRUCTURE

Abstract

"Nanotwinned copper - graphene" composite samples were manufactured by electrochemical deposition using non-ionic surfactants (polyacrilic acid and Pluronic F-127). The results of TEM and EBSD describing materials microstructure along with XRD data on phase composition and SEM data on surface quality provides an opportunity to discuss the effect of synthesis procedure on the composite structure and properties.
