ENTRY VISAS
Citizens of nearly all countries throughout the world require an entry visa for
Russia. In order for you to obtain a visa, we need to issue you with an invitation
letter, and to do this we need from you:
- Your travel plans, including the dates you intend to stay in St. Petersburg.
To ensure a safe margin, please add a couple of days before and after your actual
visit to Russia in the dates you supply.
- A scanned copy of the main pages of your passport (containing the general
information). Please email the scanned copy rather than use FAX, because a good
quality copy is needed. Your passport must be valid for longer than 6 months after
the end of your stay in Russia, i.e. if you intend to stay until 12 July 2009, then
your passport must be valid up to 12 January 2010.
- If you are accompanied by your spouse or relatives, then please also send a
scanned copy of their passport information.
Please email your passport information by 31 March 2009 to:
iutam.2009@gmail.com
SUMMARY OF ACTIONS REQUIRED
- Passport details and travel plans: email to iutam.2009@gmail.com by 31 March

If you have submitted your passport details to Alexander, you should
have recently been sent an invitation letter. Please note that this

country to obtain an entry visa - please make your application as soon
as possible.
