Although on the Symposium's website you can find a description regarding how to get to the hotel, I do not recommend using public transport. The reasons are as follows:

Firstly, it is a rather difficult for non-Russian speakers.

Secondly, town Pushkin is not far from the airport and there is no need to travel to St. Petersburg (this is the case with any root of public transport).

A simple and reliable way is to take a taxi. At the airport, in the arrival hall you will see a TAXI service (please do not accept any help of private taxi drivers as they will charge a much higher price). The price of this taxi service is fixed at 800 RUB (which is about 18 EUR). There is no need to negotiate this sum. The taxi dispatcher should inform you about the price from the very beginning. You should give this sum to the taxi driver when you have reached the Symposium venue, not in advance. Strictly speaking, tips are not expected by the driver as the price has been agreed via the dispatcher.

There is a number of ATMs (cash machines) in the airport arrival hall and you can get a required amount of roubles.

Please print a map from the venue website http://www.mtcenter.ru/en/location.html . It will be useful. The list of the symposium attendees has been sent to the hotel and the palace guard will ask you to give your name and bring you to the reception.
