THE AGENDA includes reports at the plenary meetings (up to 30 minutes long),

reports at the sectional meetings (up to 15 minutes long),

exhibit presentations, discussions.

The total duration of the Meeting is 7 days.

 

THE MAIN TOPICS:

Fundamental problems, applied problems and general calculation methods

in the theory of precision of machines, instruments and systems,

as applied to design & production..

Control theory and quality control methods in machinery & instruments

production.

Within the framework of said directions the reports presented are expected

to be dedicated, in particular, to some typical errors in calculation methods

that are taught as a part of courses of technology in technical universities

and colleges, as wel as to modern correct methods of dimensional chain

calculations.

Deadlines

The application for the participation (see below) should be sent before

1 February 1997.

The summaries of the reports together with the data of the authors should

sent before 1 March 1998.

The full texts of the reports (6 to 8 pages) should sent before 1 April 1998

The participant's fee is 25 USD, payable at the participant's registration.

 

SUMMARIES OF THE REPORTS (up to ~1000 characters) should be sent by E-mail

(preferably) or by registered letters.

 

PUBLICATION

All the reports will be published in the Proceedings of the Meeting.

The participants will receive the full agenda at the registration.
