Summary
Modern theory of the reliability, survivability and safety structure-complex technical systems on an example of ship electric power systems is considered. The interpretation of the theory is executed on base logic-probabilistic methods, enabling to decide tasks for systems, condition of serviceability ( or danger ) that manages to record with the help of the repeated form of functions of logic algebra. Statistical methods of reception of initial data, the logic and probabilistic models of functioning of electric power systems, various analytical methods of reception of probabilistic functions for account of freedom from failure, maintainabity, work faultlessly, survivability and safety of a system are adduced. New mathematical methods for valuation of gravity of separate elements ( and them pair combinations ) for freedom from failure ( or safety ) all system are developed.
All theoretical results are illustrated by examples, finished up to number, as well as by ten practical tasks on researched problems.
The textbook is intended for students of Academy on a speciality " Ship electric power systems ". It can be useful also to engineers of other specialties, connected with designing and operation of complex systems, and experts of various organizational - technical systems, for which problems of reliability, the survivability and safety are urgent.
