ELECTRON PARING MEDIATED BY NANODISTURBANCES IN HIGH-TC SUPERCONDUCTORS

Abstract

A special mechanism of electron paring in superconducting cuprates is suggested. The mechanism is based on the electron-electron interaction mediated by quasistable nanodisturbances, planar nanoscopic areas of local shear with tiny shear vectors. Structural factors are discussed which enhance formation of nanodisturbances in superconducting cuprates.
