Abstract

Evolution of microstructure and microhardness in commercially pure titanium processed by high pressure torsion during annealing at 300, 350, 450, 650, and 750 œC for 10 minutes is analyzed. XRD and microhardness measurements were employed for the evaluation of strength and microstructural parameters (crystallite size and microstrain).
