Abstract

Thin films of polyaniline in a conductive form were formed by means of ionic sputtering within the argon discharge in crossed DC electrical and magnetic fields. The structure properties of deposited polyaniline films according to the FTIR and UV-VIS spectra were similar to those observed for the emeraldine form of polyaniline.
